How you can help...

For many of us, that call we made to Intergroup was our first step toward recovery. As a sober member of Alcoholics Anonymous, you can "pass it on" by volunteering to answer the Hotline or by making yourself available to go on 12 Step calls.

Hotline Volunteer - Hotline Volunteer's take calls on the 24 hour hotline. When a call is received the volunteer refers to the 12th Step Volunteer list, contacting someone to make a call back to the person needing help.

12th Step List Volunteer - When a call is received on the Hotline, the Hotline volunteer refers to the 12th Step Volunteer List and finds someone available to return a call to the person needing to talk.
